As a Procurement Services Professional, you will ensure seamless procurement operations within Target’s Contracts & Catalog Operations team. Partnering closely with Strategic Sourcing, business clients, and suppliers, you’ll deliver excellence through Procure-to-Pay (P2P). This role combines tactical execution with strategic insight—leveraging analytics, automation, and process innovation to generate measurable enterprise value.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner who safeguards pricing compliance, fuels catalog growth, and converts complex data into actionable insights. With independence and accountability, you’ll influence business decisions, build cross-functional relationships, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Target’s enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Reporting Excellence: Build dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver insights that influence procurement strategy.
• Procurement Operations: Manage contracts tied to catalogs and IAC; operationalize pricing; troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sourcing leaders, suppliers, and cross-functional partners; present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency; champion best-in-class tools and digital practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in sourcing or procurement operations
• Strong knowledge of SAP/Ariba and contract interpretation
• Advanced analytics skills (Excel, Cygnus, Access or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Electronic Signature platforms
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives
• Strong technical and digital adaptability
