[About the Role]

The Program Manager will serve as the central communication hub for the entire platform business department, ensuring seamless coordination across business and support functions. This position involves managing cross-departmental communication, procurement requests, reporting, and logistics to enable efficient operations. It is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of the games industry, project management, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.

[Responsibilities]

1. Central Communication Coordination:
• Act as the primary communication point between business departments such as the service team and content team, and support functions like IT and finance.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on departmental priorities and updates.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Prioritise, organize and communicate the work tasks impacting the platform business to different departments
• Lead coordination efforts to align tasks and projects across various teams, ensuring timely execution.
3. Procurement and Logistics Management:
• Raise and track requests for procurement of assets, travel arrangements, lodging, and other departmental needs.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth handling of procurement and logistical activities.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain a detailed weekly report of tasks completed across departments.
• Create comprehensive communication documents to provide updates and insights to stakeholders.
5. Process and Communication Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and coordination processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and project execution.
• Address and resolve communication bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the games industry and its operational dynamics.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools and software for project management and reporting.
