 The role:  

Program Manager


Extensive experience in Program management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Delivery Management, Able to handle teams and mentor. Having experience in Handling Cloud Operations projects. Good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
• 24/7 Cloud Infrastructure Operations: Oversee cloud services across multiple time zones and teams working in shifts to maintain continuous uptime.
• Shift Management: Ensure smooth transition between shifts, effective communication, and consistency in task handovers.
• Incident Response & Resolution: Ensure rapid identification and resolution of cloud infrastructure incidents. Oversee Incident Management processes and escalations.
• SLA & SLO Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all cloud services meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) as committed to stakeholders.
• Change Management: Implement a structured change management process for cloud infrastructure updates and improvements to minimize downtime or service interruptions.
Stakeholder Management:
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance, issue resolution, and project progress.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and regular communication with executive teams, engineering teams, clients, and third-party vendors on the status of operations, incidents, and service enhancements.
• Reporting: Generate and present operational metrics, incident reports, and service performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Cross-functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Networking, Security) to ensure cohesive operations and service delivery.
• Security Compliance: Ensure that all operations follow security and compliance protocols, including GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, or other relevant frameworks.
