Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to ensure that service level agreements are met, and actively monitoring project progress to address any challenges that may arise. You will engage in discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to relevant parties. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
