About the Role:
The Service Delivery & Change Management is responsible for driving technology enablement, optimizing legal service delivery, and leading organizational change initiatives that support modernization across the legal department. This role oversees practice-area application management, strengthens vendor partnerships, enables effective adoption of legal technology, and safeguards operational continuity through governance, compliance, and knowledge management. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and delivering complex technology and AI-driven initiatives while ensuring high-quality service experiences for attorneys, staff, and business partners.
What You'll Do:
Drive technology adoption and effective use of the legal technology stack through awareness campaigns, communications, training programs, and change management strategies.
Oversee application lifecycle management across practice areas, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, performance monitoring, and user access governance.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and automation, develop implementation roadmaps, and support pilots, UAT, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
Ensure tools are consistently used to their fullest potential, enabling attorneys and staff to achieve maximum value from technology investments.
Manage vendor relationships, align product roadmaps, negotiate priorities, and evaluate solutions to ensure technology investments meet evolving legal department needs.
Oversee vendor compliance and procurement processes.
Conduct market research on emerging legal technologies and AI capabilities, providing recommendations and alternative analyses to leadership.
Lead end-to-end change management strategies for new systems, processes, and AI initiatives, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans.
Create SOPs, playbooks, knowledge articles, and process documentation to support organization-wide adoption and long-term sustainability.
Implement and maintain knowledge management structures that support continuous learning, knowledge transfer, and operational clarity.
Identify process bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and technology gaps; design and implement improvements that enhance productivity and streamline service delivery.
Lead workflow analysis, current/future state mapping, and cross-functional process redesign initiatives.
Drive ongoing optimization for legal applications, shared services, and technology-enabled workflows.
Act as a liaison across Legal, IT, InfoSec, procurement, vendors, and business units to ensure transparency, alignment, and shared understanding of priorities.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, leadership presentations, and stakeholder readouts to support decision-making and engagement.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes through clear reporting and ongoing cadence meetings.
Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate technology performance, service delivery impact, and operational efficiency.
Analyze adoption trends, usage patterns, and service metrics to guide future investment and prioritize enhancements.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to drive strategy and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in legal operations, service delivery, project management, change management, or a related field.
Proven success managing large-scale technology implementations and change initiatives.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
PMP, Agile, Change Management, Six Sigma, or related certifications strongly preferred.
Advanced training and/or degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of SaaS technologies, system governance, security/privacy compliance, and vendor management.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
