Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and manage cross-location project teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals, with strong follow-up and follow-through to ensure task completion.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Foster strong cross-team collaboration across different locations, ensuring alignment and effective communication among diverse technical teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure that all project risks are documented and communicated to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong engineering background, with experience working closely with highly technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across locations and with diverse technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate technical challenges.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure project milestones are met.
• Experience working in dynamic work environments is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence or Microsoft Project
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification good to have
• Gaming domain is added advantage.

Qualifications

If hired, you should come to office 5 days in a week (No hybrid / no remote work )

Interview process:

Technical interview (virtual – 30 mins)

Second Level interview (Technical Interview -in-person/ face to face – 60 mins)

Final level interview (virtual -30 mins)

HR interview (virtual – 30 mins)
