We’re hiring a Project Manager to own the coordination and execution of product validation testing for Metaforms.
Your mission: work with freelance survey programmers and data processors to run controlled studies that quantify the time savings and efficiency improvements our products deliver.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role — the precision and reliability of your testing directly determine how we prove value to customers and investors.
You’ll take full ownership of this process, freeing up our Product Managers to focus on strategy, while you ensure flawless execution of all validation tests.
Testing Coordination (60%)
Recruit and onboard freelance survey programmers and data processors for product validation tests
Schedule and coordinate testing sessions with clear communication of goals and protocols
Brief testers on methodology, success criteria, and deliverables
Maintain active communication with testers throughout each project (clarifications, progress, follow-ups)
Monitor testing quality and flag deviations from defined procedures
Match testers to the right project types based on their technical expertise and platform familiarity
Data Collection & Insights (25%)
Track time savings and efficiency metrics across survey programming and data processing workflows
Collect qualitative feedback on pain points, workflow improvements, and usability
Document and report actionable insights to the Product Team
Identify patterns and trends across task types, complexity, and tester profiles
Protocol Design & Quality Control (15%)
Design standardized testing protocols to measure time-on-task across varying complexity levels
Create control conditions (with vs. without Metaforms) for accurate comparisons
Document detailed testing procedures to ensure replicability
Review test outputs for accuracy and completeness before analysis
Eliminate ambiguity in test instructions to ensure consistent results
Must-Have Experience
3+ years as a Project Manager in a market research agency or client-delivery role
Hands-on experience coordinating with survey programmers and data processors — you understand their workflows deeply
Familiarity with MR tools and platforms such as:
Survey programming: Confirmit, Decipher, Dimensions, Qualtrics, etc.
Data processing: SPSS, Quantum, Q, Excel, SQL, etc.
Strong ability to manage external stakeholders — freelancers, vendors, or contractors — with clarity and accountability
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset
Excellent written communication skills for creating precise documentation and briefings
Nice-to-Have Experience
Exposure to process improvement, efficiency measurement, or UX/product testing
Familiarity with time-motion studies or productivity tracking
Experience with distributed/offshore teams
Background in quality assurance or validation testing
Experience handling CATI or multi-country data processing projects
