About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with prior experience in the healthcare
domain to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end software delivery for healthcare clients, act
as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, and ensure successful project execution aligned
with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from initiation through delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and client stakeholders to define scope, goals, and
deliverables
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements as needed
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Own delivery timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, updates, and escalations
• Track project KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• 6–8 years of total experience with prior hands-on experience as a BA/PM in the healthcare domain and Hands on expertise with HIPPA,EHR,EMR Terminologies
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, industry processes, and compliance standards
• Proven experience managing Agile software projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
• Prior experience as a software developer or engineer
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP
