As a Cognyter you will:
- Complete end-to-end Project Management, including planning, execution, and closure of the project.
- Have a strong understanding of standard project methodologies and processes.
- Maintain and publish schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Participate in the pre-proposal stage to provide compliances.
- Provide periodic reports to the customer and internally.
- Hold periodic in-person meetings with customers.
Key Accountabilities:
Planning and Scheduling
- Develop a detailed project management plan to track project progress.
- Define the overall scope of the project and prioritize tasks.
- Create and update project documentation.
- Conduct a risk assessment to identify risks and plan responses.
- Create accurate forecasts for revenue and resource requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership
- Manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders.
- Run project status meetings and site-specific project meetings.
- Mentor and supervise deployment team members.
- Cross functional coordination in India and overseas
- Willing to travel within India and overseas at short notice.
- Follow-up for project payment milestones.
Reporting and Project Review
- Coordinate and monitor projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Report and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage project performance with appropriate KPIs.
- Continuously follow up on the progress, risks, and key milestones of the project.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques like Tableau and Sales Force
For that mission you will need:
- 6+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in a High Tech or Telecommunication company.
- Experience managing global customers and/or employees.
- Project Management, technical, and direct customer interface experience is required.
- Experience in IP networks and Internet protocols and topology is preferred.
- Excellent expressive communication skills are required.
