We are currently seeking a Publishing Analyst to contribute to the exciting changes we're making to our publications and products. We are looking for broadly skilled, resourceful, and talented people to join our team. People of all types have been successful at McMaster-Carr; from engineers to business students to thespians. We're interested in your ability to think and your drive to be challenged. Our team works on a variety of initiatives, such as helping to curate our product offering based on supplier feedback or analyzing and reporting on customer experience insights to help shape our publishing efforts. This role will provide you with multidimensional project scope and responsibility while you enjoy exceptional work-life balance.

  • Help customers find the right products by creating engaging content and consistent data.
  • Analyze internal metrics and conduct external research to drive our publications forward. Assess how customers interact with our publications and propose options for how to best present products on our website.
  • Drive procedures and processes forward by making observations and proposing improvements. Develop documentation and train others to facilitate consistent outcomes.

Be Rewarded
Cash compensation generally ranges from $144,000 - $166,500, which includes profit sharing based on company profitability. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for company-funded retirement contributions.
