About the roleWe're seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst with strong test design skills to join our fintech team at Alaan. You'll ensure our products meet the highest quality standards across the MENA region.
What you'll do- Design comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories
- Create test scenarios covering positive and negative paths with maximum coverage
- Execute tests across web and mobile platforms in multiple environments
- Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on testing strategies
- Perform regression and exploratory testing
- 1-3 years of manual testing experience with strong test case design expertise
- Proficiency in test design techniques (boundary analysis, equivalence partitioning)
- Ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with various testing methodologies (Smoke, Sanity, Integration, Regression)
- Clear documentation and communication skills
- Experience prioritizing testing efforts based on risk assessment
