Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across product features
- Create structured test cases, scenarios, and regression plans
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to improve test coverage and efficiency
- Validate user workflows, UI/UX, and edge cases
- Work closely with product and engineering teams during releases
- Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive test cases
- Perform data validation and basic backend verification where required
- 4–6 years of QA / testing experience
- Strong manual and exploratory testing skills
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in testing workflows
- Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium
- API testing (Postman)
- Experience testing AI/chatbot features
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
