Performs end-to-end QA and functional testing within the SOFICO Miles platform. Designs and executes test cases, coordinates User Acceptance Testing, investigates defects, translates business requirements into validation scenarios, guides testers, and improves testing methodologies while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst / Test Analyst with hands-on SOFICO Miles experience to support quality assurance and testing activities for a client in the automotive leasing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, functional validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience with SOFICO Miles is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Perform end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities within the SOFICO Miles platform.
- Design, prepare, and execute test cases and scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testing teams to identify, investigate, and resolve defects.
- Provide functional guidance to testers on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios and validation criteria.
- Review and improve testing methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure testing activities align with business expectations and project deliverables.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or business analysis.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with the SOFICO Miles platform.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
- Experience supporting or coordinating UAT activities with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in automotive finance, vehicle leasing, or car-leasing domains.
- Experience guiding testing teams or improving QA processes.
- Previous experience working with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).
- French or Dutch language proficiency.
The selected candidate will be required to undergo background verification, including employment verification.
Important NoteCandidates without hands-on SOFICO Miles experience will not be considered for this requirement.
