Software Requirements
- Strong experience in Selenium Automation, scripting of test cases, and automation execution.
- Proficiency in Test Automation frameworks such as TestNG, JAVA, Python, and Maven.
- Good knowledge in SQL and database testing.
- Familiarity with tools for defect management and test status reporting.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design and execute automated tests using Selenium and other test automation frameworks.
- Develop and maintain test scripts for functional and regression testing of banking applications.
- Plan and estimate testing efforts.
- Manage defects and report test status.
- Coordinate with onshore teams including business analysts, development teams, and APS teams.
- Contribute to testing KPIs and participate in project-level meetings.
- Provide training and share knowledge with team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in QA automation or related areas (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester).
