QA Automation| UI QA Automation Engineer | India

Trains and mentors inpatient coding professionals on ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, documentation, reimbursement, compliance, and payer requirements. Develops training materials, SOPs, and reference guides; tracks performance through audits and quality reviews; supports complex coding cases, provider documentation education, DRG validation, and coding clarification; and incorporates regulatory and Coding Clinic updates into ongoing instruction.

Manages personnel, performance, client relationships, operational metrics, budgets, and service delivery for assigned healthcare projects. Leads teams of 60 or more through managers and team leads, resolves conflicts, improves processes, reduces costs, develops retention strategies, and supports operational planning. Provides coaching, stakeholder communication, and input into systems and procedure improvements.

Manages Payment Integrity Operations teams, ensuring productivity, quality, compliance, and service targets are achieved. Coaches and develops employees, supports onboarding, identifies process and error-reduction opportunities, drives automation and cost optimization, manages escalations, prepares accurate reporting, and communicates process gaps and improvement plans to leadership. The role also handles sensitive HIPAA information and coordinates with onshore partners and support functions.
