QA Engineer

Reveal Healthtech is a healthcare and life sciences focused data, AI and engineering services company head- quartered in New York with offices in San Francisco and Bangalore, India.

Reveal was founded in February 2023 by Sanchit Mullick (Founder & CEO). Reveal has been involved in custom-building healthcare solutions for its customers.

Skills Required

• 2 to 4 yrs of experience of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress, JIRA)
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and profiling
• Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
• Familiarity with ETL, BI, or data management tools (Informatica, Collibra, Talend, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration to work with cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs through defect management tools
• Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless releases
• Validate product updates to ensure performance and reliability without disruptions

Data Stewardship:

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data
• Define and enforce data quality rules, standards, and governance policies
• Conduct data audits and resolve discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate with data owners, analysts, and IT teams to maintain data integrity
• Support regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) through proper data management practices
• Maintain documentation and metadata for easy traceability and reporting
