Job Description

• Define and support automation test strategies aligned with business goals
• Design and maintain reusable automated tests using UiPath and enterprise frameworks
• Lead automation efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality across the SDLC, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Create documentation to support consistent automation practices
• Promote early feedback loops and continuous improvement in development

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and UiPath Test Suite
• Experience with Selenium or similar automation frameworks
• Proficiency in C# (Java is a plus)
• Good understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working in CI/CD environments, especially GitLab
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
