Qlik Developer - Associate

As a Qlik Developer in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:

• Ensure the success of the Qlik platform, which includes multiple high-priority, strategic reporting and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
• Support dashboard projects from a Qlik development perspective, focusing on dashboard data model development and optimization, new dashboard design/development, and ongoing improvements to existing dashboards.
• Possess a strong technical background in SQL and an understanding of sales and financial operations.
• Understand business context, resolve problems, and communicate findings effectively to Bankers and Business Management Associates.
• Manage tickets effectively and build solutions to address ticket concerns.
• Engage with partners to understand the root cause of issues related to access, reporting, and general business.
• Derive insights and implement them via creative data-driven solutions using an array of tools.
• Demonstrate experience with SQL.
• Communicate excellently at multiple levels of the organization and influence others for a recommended course of action.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience is required
• Directly build and support Qlik dashboards to deliver information and data in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies
• Query, analyze and transform complex data sets to optimize dashboard flexibility and performance
• Interface with business managers and technology teams to design, develop and enhance Qlik dashboards
• Ensure all Qlik development is in line with best practices, principals and standards defined by Banking Analytics team and complies with the spirit of the firm's overall data control standards
• Experience in Alteryx and SQL
• Driving current projects to successful completion
