The Quality Automation Engineer will develop and maintain quality standards by debugging software products, create an automation roadmap, empower test teams for automation, and execute automated testing scripts. The role requires experience in automation techniques, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.

What You'll Do
- Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
- Develop an automation roadmap and helps initiate the right framework and maintain the existing automation suite.
- Empower the project test teams to do their own automation with the help of right tools and strategies.
- Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing.
- Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
What You Know
- A minimum of 4 to 10 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Experience in test automation techniques for complex interdependent programs/projects
- Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts with Selenium & Java.
- Experience working with Test Planning, execution, and tracking tools.
- Experience with Cucumber, JBehave, Jasmine, or similar testing frameworks using BDD practices.
- Experience working with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, to integrate, run, and monitor the automation scripts.
- Knowledge on Git and Charles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
