About Role
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming material inspection to final product dispatch. The role involves implementing quality systems, conducting audits, handling customer complaints, supporting certifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves implementing quality systems, conducting audits, handling customer complaints, supporting certifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for implementing the QMS across the organization.
- Responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and final quality audits.
- Responsible for maintaining the calibration and validation of tools and jigs.
- Responsible for implementing the 5S system across the organization.
- Responsible for generating weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Responsible for implementing RoHS, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Lean processes, and 7 QC tools across operations.
- Responsible for field return quality analysis and generating reports.
- Responsible for preparation of internal Audit plans and conducting the same
- Responsible for coordination and support for certifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents such as SOPs, QC checklists, and reports.
- Responsible of involving and dispatch / Shipment activities
- Handle customer complaints and maintain NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Support internal and external audits/ FAT
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronicss Engineering
- Other Requirements
- Must have worked in Quality in Manufacturing comanies
- Willingness to travel substations and Countries on need based
- Willing to work in shifts
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English

- Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues quickly.
