We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer to design, build test cases and create robust automated testing frameworks. This role demands an individual with a strong understanding of SaaS applications, functional knowledge of Salesforce / SAP modules, hands-on experience with automated testing tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, a quick learner, and passionate about solving complex problems. Effective communication skills, collaboration.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and SaaS applications by designing and executing automated tests, supporting continuous integration and deployment, and improving testing processes.
What You'll do:
- Automated Testing & Framework Development:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or APEX.
- Build automation frameworks for Salesforce test data preparation and integration testing with SAP systems.
- Test Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to create effective test strategies and scenarios based on requirements.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
- Perform exploratory and manual testing as needed.
- System Integration Testing:
- Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce (Commerce Cloud/Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) and SAP modules FICO, BRIM, MM and GRC.
- Develop utilities for test data preparation using APEX or custom tools.
- API & Performance Testing:
- Plan, design, and maintain API test automation frameworks for REST API testing.
- Execute performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Continuous Integration:
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals.
- Train and mentor QA engineers to accelerate test automation adoption.
- Improvement & Documentation:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing tools and practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, results, and execution processes.
What you bring:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role with hands-on experience in automated testing of Salesforce / SAP systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong programming skills in Java/ Python
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, APEX. Good to have experience in Playwright.
- Expertise in API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Integration Testing: Familiarity with SaaS applications and full-stack integration testing.
- Tools & Platforms:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in B2B SAAS Company.
- Expertise in security testing methodologies.
