Job Description – QA Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team. You
will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications across web and API
layers, while also leveraging modern automation frameworks and AI-driven testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•
Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites for web applications and APIs
using modern frameworks.
•
Contribute to test strategy, planning, and execution across functional, integration, and
regression testing.
•
Build and optimize automation frameworks using TypeScript, Python, and other
relevant technologies.
•
Implement CI/CD integration of automated tests within AWS-based DevOps pipelines.
•
Work with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality
releases.
•
Explore and adopt agentic AI-driven solutions for test case generation, failure triaging,
and test data management.
•
Participate in root cause analysis, bug tracking, and continuous quality improvement
initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
•
0–3 years of experience in QA Automation (web and API).
•
Strong programming/scripting skills in TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
•
Experience with automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium,
Pytest, Postman/Newman, etc.).
•
Familiarity with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and related validation tools.•
Exposure to AWS DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code,
monitoring).
•
Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
•
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/agentic QA tools (test generation,
intelligent automation, AI-driven debugging).
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have
•
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
•
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
•
Prior contributions to open-source automation frameworks.
