Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to integrate comprehensive solutions that enhance the application lifecycle. The role includes planning and executing continuous testing activities across various domains such as security, application programming interfaces, and regression. The Quality Engineer develops and maintains automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and seamless ecosystem integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation frameworks that align with project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities meet quality standards and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines in software development.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites and testing environments.
- Familiarity with various testing types including security testing, API testing, and regression testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
