Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that enhance the overall quality across the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to apply testing methodologies and principles, ensuring that key metrics are defined and utilized to manage the testing process effectively, including test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with test case design and execution. - Ability to analyze and report on testing metrics and results. - Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
