Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. By focusing on end-to-end testing, you will play a crucial role in driving quality and efficiency, ensuring that all aspects of the testing process are meticulously managed and executed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and implementing test plans and strategies. - Proficient in defect tracking and management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
