  • Conduct pre-production and in-line inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards for woven fabrics and leather materials.
  • Ensure that garments meet both company specifications and customer expectations for woven and leather products.

Defect Identification & Resolution:

  • Identify the root cause of defects in woven fabrics and leather products, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to improve garment quality and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Track defect trends and provide recommendations for improvements in the manufacturing process to reduce issues with woven and leather items.

Supplier Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and assess supplier; including product quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely resolutions to any quality-related issues.

Co-Execution with Global Production Team:

  • Co-execute market development plans, supplier strategy, and product strategy in collaboration with the Global Production team to align quality goals with overall business objectives.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, defect reports, and corrective actions for woven and leather garments.
  • Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality standards and regulations, especially for woven and leather production.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the quality of woven and leather garments, reduce defects, and streamline production processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in garment production.
