Quant Analytics Associate - Python, Forecasting

Job Description
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level.
As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate quantifiable goals and develop strategies to achieve these goals. You will engage in sales forecasting, budget management, campaign lift reporting, and pre/post-campaign performance insights to help drive and scale offers by developing direct relationships with merchants.
Job responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables.
• Develop timely and accurate sales forecasts for the sales team to facilitate effective conversations between the sales team and merchants.
• Provide timely operational forecasts to the operations team to ensure accurate budget management.
• Develop merchant-facing lift reports and pre/post-campaign performance insights for merchant campaign analysis.
• Convert data into actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story.
• Measure business performance and provide executive presentations to senior leadership.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics, or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Tableau skills.
• Critical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to define metrics, evaluate results, and draw conclusions and business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Analytics experience with a master's degree.
• Experience in ad tech preferred.
