As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Offers and Shopping Data & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders to establish quantifiable objectives and devise strategies to meet these targets. Your responsibilities will include sales forecasting, budget management, campaign lift reporting, and providing insights into pre/post campaign performance. Your role will be instrumental in promoting and scaling Offers through the development of direct relationships with merchants.
Job responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Sales, Operations, Product and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables
  • Develops timely and accurate sales forecast to sales team to help drive effective conversations between sales team and merchants
  • Provides timely operation forecast to ops team to help accurate budget management
  • Develops merchant facing lift reports, pre/post campaign performance for merchant campaign insights
  • Converts data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story
  • Measures the business performance and provide executive presentation to senior leadership


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • 10 + years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx and Tableau skills
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • Critical and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
  • Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and business insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Experiences in ad tech preferred
  • Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges, applying analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Support the development and instrumentation of frameworks and processes to create efficient and scalable data solutions addressing complex business problems.
  • To enhance productivity and learning, document relevant knowledge, ensuring information is captured, organized, and accessible
