Quant Analytics Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead advanced analytics and drive impactful business decisions at JPMorgan Chase
As a Vice President Quant Analytics in Data Analytics - Legal Regulatory & Controls Operations team, you will lead a team to extract business value from data, develop innovative analytics solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Job responsibilities

• Lead partnerships with Operations stakeholders and Product groups to understand business drivers and data processes
• Build business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performance to inform customer strategies
• Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify friction points and improve journeys
• Develop and report on operational performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical tools
• Create self-serve tools to provide real-time information to decision-makers
• Mentor and coach team members, driving consistent high performance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field and twelve years of applied data analytics experience
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Strong database skills and ability to write, optimize, and tune complex SQL scripts
• Proficient in at least four data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in wrangling large, complex datasets and automating data processes
• Proven track record in delivering analytics solutions under strict timelines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience in financial services or consulting supporting financial firms
• Familiarity with big data disciplines and cloud technologies
• Exposure to Agile methodologies such as scrum
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
