We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and hands-on experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. You will be responsible for analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex data analysis, and create detailed reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Python and PySpark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven insights and solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis and reporting process.
- Assist in creating predictive models and identifying trends and patterns within the data.
- Automate repetitive data tasks and optimize existing workflows using programming and data tools.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing.
- Expertise in working with large, complex datasets and transforming them into meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, and experience in querying large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Excellent understanding of data wrangling, data cleaning, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
