Quation Solution - Full stack Developer (Python, Django + React /Angular)

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code for strategic web-based solutions, adhering to modern software engineering practices, DevOps, and agile principles. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• High-Quality Code Delivery:
  • Continuously deliver high-quality code for web-based solutions, ensuring adherence to security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure technical documentation is kept up-to-date to support audit and review processes.
• Front-End Development:
  • Code user interfaces as per design guidelines using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Ensure UI designs are faithfully implemented, tested, and compliant with the UI design system and component libraries.
  • Utilize CSS libraries (SCSS/LESS/Stylus) and tools (Flexbox) for responsive designs.
• Back-End Development:
  • Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python and Django.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
  • Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and be familiar with NoSQL databases when required.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct peer reviews and follow coding standards.
  • Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues collaboratively and proactively follow up on tasks.
• DevOps & Deployment:
  • Work with integration tools like CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
  • Ensure smooth deployments and maintain version control using Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and microservice architecture is advantageous.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take proactive steps to design and develop reusable frameworks and interface specifications.
  • Focus on reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing performance.
  • Experience or knowledge in the life sciences domain is considered a plus.

• Experience: 4 to 6 years in full stack development.
• Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like Angular or React (including Angular Router, NgRx).
• Back-End: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and REST API development.
• Databases: Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket/GitLab).
• Additional:
  • Ability to mentor and lead a small development team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or a related field.
  • Life sciences background or domain knowledge is an added advantage.
