Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of working with Microsoft Tech stack such as Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint,
Power Automate and Copilot.
• Strong experience in creating Excel Macros for automation, Scripts for Web Scraping.
• Strong knowledge of Python and VBA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design, development, and implementation of VBA scripts to automate tasks and
improve productivity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Should be able to understand the requirements and do R&D to find the best fit tech stack to meet
the requirements.
Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and technologies.
• Strong awareness of trends in automation and deep understanding of basic solution design for
these use cases.
• Understanding of US Pharma landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their automation requirements
• Understand and formulate effective solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate suitable tech stacks against requirements and measure effectiveness in terms of cost
& time saved.
• Report on automation benefits including time savings and productivity improvements.
• Test and debug automated processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update automation scripts and tools as needed to adapt to changing
requirements.
