Raven is a YC-backed startup (S22) building AI assistants for manufacturing plants. We’re taking decades of manufacturing expertise and combining it with AI to solve real operational problems. What You’ll Work On
You’ll own the interface between complex AI systems and real-world plant users.
Specifically, you'll:
Build fast, intuitive UIs in React/TypeScript for operators, engineers, and technicians.
Design agent-driven interfaces for chat, diagram annotation, workflow guidance, and real-time ops.
Create frontend infrastructure for rendering large technical documents (e.g. P&IDs), live signals, and retrieved knowledge.
Work closely with backend and AI engineers to ship workflows across the full stack.
Translate ambiguity into clean user flows that make advanced AI feel simple.
Who We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of frontend-heavy product development experience.
Strong skills in React/TypeScript, with taste for clean, fast, and maintainable UIs.
Comfort working across the stack—basic APIs, DB integrations, build tools.
Interest in working with LLM-based agents, chat systems, and multimodal interfaces.
Ownership mindset: you care about real-world impact, polish, and pushing features to production.
Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup before and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
