- Support to create prospects in bulk in Workday for weekend drives when the volume of candidates is high. Currently we don’t have any option in Workday to upload candidate profiles in bulk and majority of candidates are not applying in our career page so we have to create the same manually and that takes away lot of recruiters time.
- Maintaining different tracker/dashboards/reports required by the businesses.
- Interview coordination.
- Sending bulk invites/calendar requests for recruitment drives.
- Helping recruiters to coordinate recruitments drive.
- Follow-up on interview schedules with candidates .
- Helping recruiters to test video call prior to the interview discussion.
- Onboarding coordination with candidates, recruiter and onboarding team.
- Maintaining BGV tracker and saving reports in respective folders.
- Follow-up with the offered candidates (addition to the recruiter’s follow-ups).
