• Screen resumes based on structured JD checklists
  

• Identify basic skill alignment and eligibility
  

• Reject unsuitable profiles with documented reasons
  

• Contact shortlisted candidates
  

• Validate CTC, Expected Salary, Notice Period, Availability
  

• Confirm location feasibility and interview interest
  

• Maintain accurate records in the ATS
  

• Update structured screening notes
  

• Ensure documentation completeness
  

• Assist in scheduling internal interviews
  

• Share interview reminders
  

• Maintain structured communication logs
  

• Graduate / Final-year student
  

• Strong communication skills
  

• Basic understanding of recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
  

• Detail-oriented and disciplined
  

• Willing to work in a structured, performance-driven environment
