Meet the role:
As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Recruiter, your role is an integral part of the recruitment team. Your primary objective is to engage with internal stakeholders, manage their expectations, and identify talent that aligns seamlessly with our hiring needs.
Your role demands a deep understanding of GTM functions either through direct industry experience or as a seasoned recruiter. Proficiency in distinguishing between these roles and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates are key attributes we seek.

In addition to expanding your professional network and fulfilling business demands for new hires, you'll also be instrumental in crafting an environment that fosters sound hiring decisions and an outstanding candidate journey.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
- Partner with business leaders from Sales, Marketing, Founder’s Office, Analytics, etc. to deeply understand their talent needs.
- Attract talents by leveraging social media, job boards, referrals and other channels.
- You are proficient in implementing metrics to effectively track time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, quality of hire, and other recruitment-related metrics.
Candidate Persona:
- 4-8 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitments for go-to-market functions like Sales, Marketing ,Strategy, etc.
- Experience in SaaS/IT industry (preferred).
- Data-driven problem solver.
