We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in Redis, Kafka, and cloud-native ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, high-performance data streaming and caching platforms in a cloud-first environment.

- Design, deploy, and manage Enterprise Redis and Open Source Redis clusters for high availability and performance
- Implement and maintain Kafka-based streaming platforms for high-throughput, real-time data processing
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices
- Work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) for infrastructure provisioning and automation
- Develop and support event-driven architectures and streaming data pipelines at scale
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud-native applications
- Implement infrastructure automation using modern cloud toolsets
- Apply design patterns and best practices in system architecture and development
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues proactively
- Strong hands-on experience with Redis (Enterprise & Open Source) including cluster setup and management
- Proven experience with Apache Kafka in high-throughput environments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD
- Strong understanding of Git / Source Control Management
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / OCI
- Solid knowledge of GitOps principles and workflows
- Experience working with large-scale streaming data systems
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices
- Knowledge of cloud-native development practices
- Strong understanding of design patterns and system design principles
- Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes-based deployments
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalability challenges
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- 5+ years of relevant experience in platform engineering / data streaming / cloud engineering roles
