We're on the hunt for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focusing on generating and converting inbound leads for the APJMEA region
As a Sales Development Representative, you will have an amazing opportunity to be part of the ‘growth team’ for generating business for the entire sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads from various channels, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, understanding their needs and potential for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for further development.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitors in the APJMEA region.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead conversion and customer engagement.
This role may be based out of India or Sri Lanka

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:
- A resilient, results-driven individual with at least 18 months of experience in a B2B tech environment.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with a drive to go above and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone, email, and social media engagement.
- Proficiency with the BDR toolkit for success: Outreach, CRM, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize leads effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; other languages used in the APJMEA region are a plus.
