What you’ll achieve
The Regional Accounting Senior Associate ensures all compliance & procedures are reported with completeness and accuracy. Performs secretarial activities in adherence to Internal Controls and Local Statutory and Tax requirements. Coordinate with Board Members & other management for documentation, filing & other required compliances on time.
You will:
• Creating agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual
general meetings (AGMs)
• Recording minutes during meetings and following up on action points
• Submitting required forms and annual returns with ROC
• Ensuring the company complies with the Companies Act and statutory regulations

Essential Requirements
• Making sure policies are up to date and approved by the committee
• Coordinating activities between the Board of Directors and other
management verticals.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate enactments, statutory reporting, and
corporate governance
• Providing administrative support to corporate secretarial teams in other offices
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretarial or related field preferred or equivalent
ACS (Intermediate).
• 3 or more years’ experience in supporting corporate secretarial
• Experience in statutory reporting / secretarial filing activities.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated & willingness to learn
• International work and culture exposure to Europe and APAC
• Good presentation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
