TechOp Solutions is seeking Administrative Assistant who can ensuring smooth program operations by coordinating various administrative tasks, maintaining personnel tracking, and managing equipment.
Strong candidates will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in supporting leadership and staff. They will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and efficiency while providing reliable administrative support to ensure the success of the program.
Remote position, but candidate must reside in Charleston, SC
Duties:
- Submit and monitor onboarding/offboarding requests
- Track equipment issuance
- Communicates updates on employee status and staffing changes
- Collects and maintains required personnel records
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- HS diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- 1+ years of human resources or similar experience
- Available for occasional travel
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements as a condition of employment
- A reliable, hard-wired internet connection is required
