Job Summary:
The Responsible AI Product Senior Analyst supports the development and continuous enhancement of Accenture's Workbench for AI Compliance & Governance platform to help ensure AI Work Products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and our own policies and responsible AI principles.

The role is part of the Responsible AI (RAI) Process Design team and provides shared support to the CIO organization, working with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements, develop user stories, and conduct testing to ensure the platform operates effectively and aligns with business and regulatory expectations.

In Your Role You Will Be Expected To:

  • Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements related to Responsible AI governance and compliance processes.
  • Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and feature enhancements within Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers and business stakeholders to refine requirements, estimate story points, and prioritize backlog items.
  • Develop well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and execute test cases to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with defined requirements.
  • Conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify feature performance against acceptance criteria.
  • Track, manage, and resolve defects within Azure DevOps.
  • Support continuous improvement of the AI governance and compliance workbench through feedback, enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams and contribute to design discussions by translating functional requirements into wireframes or structured design inputs.

Additional Information:
This role sits within Accenture’s Responsible AI team, part of Ethics & Compliance Practice. It involves opportunities to work on high impact, pioneering projects at the intersection of technology, ethics, and governance. Travel may be required, varying between 0–100% based on business needs and client engagements.

Experience (Proven Experience):

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or functional testing within technology or governance platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
  • Prior exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI frameworks, compliance platforms, or risk management systems is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
