As a Revenue marketing manager you will lead the efforts in creating a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth for international markets. In this role you will help get our most impactful features in the hands of hundreds of thousands of students and teachers.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about unlocking business value while maintaining deep user empathy. You will be responsible for analyzing user journeys, identifying conversion opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase school sales. What You Will Do

  • Lead monetization strategies, focusing on converting individual teachers using Quizizz into school-wide customers
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns that generate a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on key messaging ideas and strategies
  • Continuously experiment with and optimize outreach channels (email, ads, events, etc.) to identify the most effective strategies for user acquisition and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging to drive maximum impact and conversion rates
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation activities, ensuring key metrics are met
  • Build a deep understanding of our target users and market segments to identify revenue opportunities and to ensure campaigns are tailored and effective

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, SaaS, and/or PLG in high-growth organizations
  • Experience with sales and marketing platforms, especially Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to experiment, track, and measure the effectiveness of different strategies and channels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and be proactive in identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and optimization techniques
