We are seeking an experienced RPA UI Python Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions driven primarily by Python. This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency by building and optimizing complex UI automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with RPA frameworks while delivering high-quality technical outcomes.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, accounting for the majority of daily development tasks.
- Proven hands-on experience with RPA tools and UI automation frameworks.
- Strong capability in debugging complex scripts and optimizing workflow performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Availability for a hybrid work model across Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Noida.
- Willingness to work the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift with a four-hour overlap for UK operations.
- Immediate availability or notice period of 15 days or less.
