Job Description
- SAP HCM knowledge with interfaces knowledge; testing knowledge, issue resolution;10+ years of experience, bachelor’s qualification , post graduation preferred
- HR Domain knowledge, HR System expertise
- Knowledge on SAP HR Core, Success Factors and various other applications.
- SAP HCM - - Specialist and Expert;
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and processes.
- Data Analysis & reporting;
- Perform detailed analysis of business processes and provide insights on optimization.
- Strong Knowledge on Processes, Technical Proficiency, Logical thinking, Leadership skills
- Overview on complete employee life cycle
- Entity rules & regulations Corporate guidelines Cross Functional Activities, Security & Compliance, Process Improvement, Problem solving skills;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to S/4HANA modules.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s qualification , post graduation preferred
