What you’ll do - Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your creativity and design skills to define and evolve the visual experiences for Space’s internal and external marketing assets and overall visual identity.
  • Partner with the content, campaign and web teams to provide impactful materials for email campaigns, events, advertising and social media.
  • Work with product managers and engineering teams across all stages of the design process (wireframing, visual design, prototyping, development support) to deliver intuitive and elegant product user experiences that will revolutionize building spaces for some of the largest enterprises in the world.
  • Work closely with the product growth team & GTM team to deliver world-class digital experiences across multiple digital channels including the Spaces website, online partner app store and IoT devices market place.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to design and develop collaterals for videos, events, webinars, and marketing programs that tell the product story.
  • Use research, insights, data and customer feedback to build new product features and tools (inside and outside the platform) that drive product activation, usage and adoption
  • Facilitate the development and adoption of Space’s design standards and principles.

Who you are

  • A creative thinker and problem solver capable of translating vision and big ideas into meaningful products.
  • 3 – 5 years of design experience, preferably with experience designing B2C, B2B and SaaS software
  • Passionate designer with a strong understanding of digital (web, mobile, social, email) media and a proven foundation of both UX and visual design principles
  • Proficient in tools used by modern design & product teams: Figma, Elementor, Unbounce, etc
  • Hacker by nature? If you have dabbled with code or experimented with scripts, plugins or AI tools that give your work that added edge, you get extra brownie points.
  • Most importantly, you are the holder of an exceptional design portfolio that demonstrates a strong command of user research, intuitive user experience, visual design, and strategic problem solving using design.
