Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying,
developing, and managing relationships with hotels, hospitality groups, and
strategic partners. The role focuses on promoting the company's technology
solutions, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new
business opportunities within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Generate leads through
networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, IT Managers, and
procurement teams.
- Conduct product
presentations and technology demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver
customized business proposals and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing,
contracts, and commercial terms to close sales.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute
strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling technology solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales
pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term
relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of
new clients by coordinating with implementation and support teams.

and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client
visits to strengthen business relationships.
Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor hospitality
technology trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new market
opportunities and customer requirements.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the
marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with technical
and implementation teams for successful project execution.
- Share market insights and
customer feedback with management.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of
leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Submit daily, weekly, and
monthly sales reports.
- Track key performance
indicators (KPIs) and provide management updates.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in
business development or B2B sales.
- Experience selling
technology solutions to hotels or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Experience with SaaS,
hospitality software, hotel management systems, or enterprise technology
solutions is an advantage.
