Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound cold calling campaigns to engage prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Understand client pain points and present tailored solutions to drive interest and conversions.
- Maintain persistent, professional follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages until deal closure.
- Accurately document all interactions, updates, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach to final conversion.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build rapport with prospects using confident communication and effective objection resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion efficiency.
