Sales Development Representative I

Lead development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for mechanical design, CFD, structural analysis, and simulation-driven aerospace engineering. Build surrogate, reduced-order, physics-informed, and optimization models; automate engineering workflows; interpret and validate simulation results; and translate physics-based insights into scalable engineering applications. The role provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, collaborates with aerospace stakeholders, and drives adoption of explainable, traceable AI methods across propulsion, power systems, and mechanical component development.

Performs accounting activities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting. Processes hotel payments, maintains records of amounts due, resolves financial inquiries and disputes, supports month-end reporting and internal controls, communicates financial results, and collaborates with finance and corporate teams.

Manage corporate, MICE, and group sales for the hotel by developing accounts, soliciting new business, negotiating contracts, conducting site visits, and achieving revenue targets. Analyze sales performance, coordinate delivery of contracted services across departments, maintain client relationships, and supervise and coach team members.
