About the role:
As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking sector stakeholders.
- Sell Payments, Cards, and Core Banking solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to exceed annual targets.
- Generate leads and seek new business opportunities.
- Design and implement sales strategies, manage the sales cycle, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Prepare and present proposals using FIS resources.
- Negotiate, structure, and close deals aligning with customer expectations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
What You Will Need:
- Expert negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in German.
- Experience presenting to senior executives (CEO/CIO/COO).
- Proven success in selling Payments and Core Banking solutions.
- Strong lead generation and business development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
