About the Role:
The Pune Shared Services Centre was built to drive efficiencies in Sales Operations activity and support the Americas Divisional Sales Theatre with specialised focus on Salesforce data quality, reporting and ensuring the requisite tools are provisioned. As a Sales operations analyst, this role will be an integral part in the shared service center responsible for responding to case load and inquiries from the Sales teams it supports.
What You'll Do:
Support daily administration/cleanup of Salesforce.com database including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Territory Assignments
Help maintain data integrity in Salesforce
Support the sales operations team in ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) processes
Assist with data analysis in Salesforce production and sandbox environments
Maintain basic reports & dashboards on SFDC
Create & Maintain existing and new SOPs for Data Quality, Sales Ops and Territory Ops
Help with territory and user hierarchy management
Support the coordination between Sales Operations and Shared Services teams
What You'll Need:
Currently pursuing Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or related field
Basic understanding of Salesforce.com (certification not required but interest in pursuing SFDC Admin certification)
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Quick learner with attention to detail
Interested in sales operations and data management, candidates should possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, have a basic understanding of business processes, and demonstrate an eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
Hands on in using latest AI tools for prompting and solving queries like ChatGPT, Gemini, GenAI, etc
Rolling up sleeves attitude, Can-do spirit
